In May 2005 we planted our first section of vineyard in a south facing field. Before planting day we had ploughed sub-soiled and power harrowed the ground. This picture shows the German planting crew in action where they planted 5 acres in a day before going off to plant another acre that evening. The planting machine had hydraulic horizontal movement controlled by a laser, so the lines were perfectly straight.
Here we are in our second harvest in October 2008, collecting the picking boxes.
By December 2009 our first harvest in October 2007 had completed its wine making process and arrived in the farm shop for sale. Court Garden Sparkling Wine.
