The Winning Sausages

It was decided to enter the prestigious South Eastern Stock Winter Fayre Sausage competition. After some exhausting trials and sampling Gary agreed to enter sausages in all 3 classes. The sausages had to be delivered to the judges on a tray in exact 450g quantities both cooked and uncooked. Not only did they have to be made to perfection they needed to be cooked to perfection.
The effort was rewarded by a win for Gary's Beef Guinness and Horseradish
